Commencing her new job for the Department of Environmental Management this week, Julia Rigby, 27, was out for a spot of pre-breakfast shopping with her partner, Steve, on Saturday morning dressed in this sweet dress when we met. The friendly couple hail from Gladstone, but Steve, a plumber by trade, followed his lady to Brisbane after university called her to study Laws. Aren't they sweet?
