Any kind of in-humane suffering should not be tolerated. Just because it's a cow, doesn't mean to slow down the focus on them to save humans. It shouldn't be 'one or the other'. It's easy to get overwhelmed with the need, whether human or animal. So let's appreciate that people are doing something to help the cattle, and lets also work together to raise awareness about human trafficking. Be the change you want to see, and cheer on those who are making a change somewhere else... we all need to work together.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042413869472011551.post-35149383758970865132011-06-02T21:06:18.393+10:002011-06-02T21:06:18.393+10:00What I love about Chris Caine, founder of A21, is ...What I love about Chris Caine, founder of A21, is that the foundation came about when she was walking through a Greek airport. She saw all these posters of faces on walls and poles. Asking her driver what they were, he explained that they were all missing people that families were searching for.
In the face of such an enormous need, it would be easy to feel grieved, but do nothing. Instead, Chris listened to God calling her into action.
She is a phenomenally brave, compassionate and determined woman.Sam Macnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042413869472011551.post-76386161323821074512011-06-02T20:24:30.849+10:002011-06-02T20:24:30.849+10:00Powerful post, thank you for sharing! I travelled with them last year to Thailand and Cambodia and saw first hand this horrific industry. It's not ok.
